Share folder and its specifications

Request

Hands the folder over. No payload: the folder is started (its preparation ends) and shared with its owner company, and every specification it holds is shared with its own owner company and supplier — which is what opens the collaboration. After the handover the folder's specification set is sealed: specifications can no longer be added to or moved into it. Idempotent: a folder already in progress returns 204, and re-sharing its specifications changes nothing.
