Request

Attaches an existing library production chapter to this specification (replaces the currently linked one, if any). Content updates happen at the chapter's own address (PUT /library/food/production-chapters/{id}). Also the way a specification ADOPTS a new version of its chapter — new versions never propagate automatically.
