Write questionnaire answers

Request

Full replace of the answers document of a questionnaire linked to this specification. Questionnaires are attached when the specification is created; list them, with their question codes, through GET .../food/specifications/{specificationId}/questionnaires.

After the write, the questionnaires of the same chapter return to "not validated", and automatic labelling claims are recomputed from the answers: claims the answers produce are added, automatically added claims the answers no longer produce are removed, and claims added by a user are kept.

A locked questionnaire refuses the write.
