Request

Same behaviour as FoodSpecifications_LinkTestingChapter. Attaches an existing library testing chapter of the PACKAGING type (created with LibraryChapters_CreateTesting, templateType packaging) to this specification, replacing the currently linked one, if any. Also the way a specification adopts a new version of its chapter. Linking the chapter already linked changes nothing (204).
