Share specification with the counterpart company

Requête

Same behaviour as FoodSpecifications_Share. Explicit business action: hands the document to the counterpart company and opens the collaboration phase. Idempotent: sharing an already shared specification changes nothing and answers 204, so a retried call is always safe.
